Mr. Vinod Ramachandran Nair, Managing partner of the firm, have been in the field of civil construction for about twenty-four years and has proved to be a reputed contractor. Who carries out quality work on schedule. He has completed several major projects of which the most prestigious projects are Thomas tower vellayambalam,Thanal Charitable Society kattakada,Amset Vellayambalam,Madeena Towers Peyad,Indian Gospal Team Campus Coimbatore, etc. His talent in construction is to be appreciated and has done many Residential and Commercial projects all through the state.

Mrs. Krishna Priya, who has taken masters in commerce, secured the top rank in the university.she is actively involved in the functioning of Monica Constructions since beginning.she has worked with several well known builders prior to Monica Constructions.Her focus on customer orientation, fresh approach and constant industry updates keep the company abreast of its time and her talent is much appreciated.She is able to bring the dream come true of the client by managing the funds appropriately.she has great flair for selecting the best within the budget.
